1. Who we are

RightReply.Me is operated by NexusCognito. We provide a UK consumer dispute assistance service for parking charge notices and tenancy disputes. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean RightReply.Me.

2. What data we collect

• •Account data: Your email address, used for sign-in and service communications.
• •Uploaded documents: Parking charge notices, tenancy agreements, and other documents you submit for analysis. These are stored securely and never shared with third parties.
• •Case data: Facts extracted from your documents, issue flags, and generated outputs associated with your case.
• •Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. We receive only your payment status and Stripe customer ID.
• •Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage logs for security and service improvement.

3. How we use your data

• •To provide the document analysis and dispute assistance service
• •To process payments and deliver purchased outputs
• •To send transactional emails (sign-in links, case updates)
• •To detect and prevent abuse of the service

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your uploaded documents for AI model training. Document content sent to the Anthropic API is processed under Anthropic's data processing terms and is not retained for training purposes.

4. Data retention

Your account and case data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@rightreplydefender.com. Uploaded documents are deleted from storage within 90 days of case closure.

5. Third-party services

6. Your rights (UK GDPR)

We use essential session cookies only, required for authentication. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
