Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. The service
RightReply.Me provides legal information and document support to help UK consumers prepare their own appeals and complaints. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Use of this service does not create a solicitor-client relationship.
For urgent legal matters — including court papers, eviction notices, bailiff attendance, or discrimination claims — you must seek advice from a qualified solicitor or a free service such as Citizens Advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to use this service. By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- •Upload documents that do not relate to your own genuine dispute
- •Use the service to generate fraudulent or misleading correspondence
- •Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
- •Submit personally identifiable information belonging to others without their consent
- •Use automated tools to interact with the service without our prior written consent
4. Payments and refunds
Paid packages are one-off purchases processed by Stripe. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Once a letter or document pack has been generated and delivered, we do not offer refunds except where the output was not delivered due to a technical error on our part.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at support@rightreplydefender.com within 14 days of purchase.
5. Accuracy and limitations
The analysis provided is based on current UK law as known to the system at the time of use. Law changes frequently — we make reasonable efforts to keep our references up to date but cannot guarantee accuracy in all cases. You are responsible for verifying any legal points before relying on them.
We aim to provide an honest assessment including weaknesses in your position. A positive analysis does not guarantee a successful outcome in any appeal or dispute.
6. Intellectual property
Documents and letters generated by the service are provided for your personal use in connection with your own dispute. You may not resell, redistribute, or use generated outputs commercially without our written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RightReply.Me shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of the service, including the outcome of any appeal or complaint. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant package.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the service. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
