Parking operator directory
UK private parking operators
Every private parking operator must belong to either the British Parking Association (BPA) or the International Parking Community (IPC) to access DVLA keeper data. Your operator's trade body decides where your independent appeal goes: POPLA for BPA, IAS for IPC.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between BPA and IPC?▼
The British Parking Association (BPA) and the International Parking Community (IPC) are the two DVLA-accredited trade associations for private parking operators in the UK. Every legitimate operator that wants to obtain your details from the DVLA must belong to one of them. The trade body determines your independent appeal route: BPA members go to POPLA, IPC members go to IAS.
How do I know which trade body my operator belongs to?▼
Check the parking charge notice itself: it should state the operator's accreditation and give a code for the independent appeals service once your first appeal is rejected. You can also check the operator's own listing below.
What if my operator isn't listed here?▼
This directory covers the operators we see most often. If yours isn't listed, upload your notice for a free scan anyway: we identify the operator, trade body, and appeal route directly from your document.
